- Pakistani soldiers attack freedom fighters at Shashidal village under Sector no-2. In retaliation, freedom fighters kill 15 Pakistan troops.
- Muktibahini kill seven Pakistani raiders patrol team near Parshuram Police Station. Others manage to flee the battle ground.
- A guerilla team kill 24 Pakistan raiders ambushing 4/5 vehicles at Green Road in Dhaka. Others manage to flee several hours after the battle.
