• On the 18th day of the non-cooperation movement, in the outskirts of Dhaka, Joydebpur found itself in a fight between civilians and military where almost 200 people are hurt and eventually “shandho ain” is enacted.

 

• As the news of the attack spread, Dhaka city exploded in anger and spontaneous processions are led out

 

• After a break of one the third meeting between Yahya Khan and Sheikh Mujibur Rahman took place again.

 

• Even on this day, most schools, private offices and institutions remained closed.
